Catering Menu

We do everything we can to make your event uniquely yours. No need for your guests to be stuck with the boring meat and pasta options. A custom menu can be created based upon YOUR tastes. With that said, here are some choices that others have selected for wowing their guests with some culinary flair. Click on each course to learn more.

All catering packages begin at $18 per head for buffet service and include one entree, two sides, salad, use of assorted china patterns, silverware and white cloth napkins. Table service such as plated or family style is also available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

VEGETARIAN

Fried Mushrooms $4 per person Button mushrooms tempura battered and fried crispy golden and served with a garlic aioli sauce.

Fried Mac and Cheese Balls $6 per person Macaroni rolled into a ball with cheddar and parmesan cheese. Breaded, fried, and served with a spicy garlic aioli.

Artisan Cheese Selection $160 per tray (Serves 35-45 guests) A selection of our favorite local and seasonal cheeses, served with crackers, toast points and fresh fruit.

Classic Wisconsin Cheese Platter $155 per tray (Serves 35-45 guests) Mild Wisconsin cheese cubed accompanied by fresh fruit and an assortment of party crackers.

Seasonal Fruit Tray $150 per tray (Serves 35-45 guests) An artful display of the freshest fruit and the ripest berries served with a honey lemon whipped cream.

Crudité Plater $135 per tray (Serves 35-45 guests) A selection of crisp fresh vegetables accompanied by a creamy herb aioli.

Soft Pretzel Bites and Spicy Cheese Sauce $4 per person Soft pretzel bites served with a warm cheese sauce.

Assorted Savory Snack Mix $3 per person An assortment of salty and cheesy pub mix.

Barbecue Meatball Skewers $4 per person Seasoned all beef meatballs served on a skewer with grilled pineapple and onions and basted in a pit style barbecue sauce.

That Peanut Chicken Skewers $5 per person Juicy roasted chicken thighs with bell peppers and red onions brushed with a Thai peanut butter sauce.

Sweet Potato and Quinoa Vegetable Enchilada Bake (gluten free) Roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa, sweet onions, green bell peppers, zucchini, corn, grated Violife cheese, black beans all come together to make this savory dish. Has a hint of cumin and chili.

Tofu and Vegetables in a Peanut Sauce Golden tofu tossed with a mixture of vegetables and served in a warm peanut sauce.

Cilantro and Lime Shredded Jackfruit (served with rolls) Tender jackfruit marinated and roasted with a cilantro lime salsa.

Balsamic Roasted Portabella Mushroom and Mixed Seasonal Vegetables Thick sliced portabella mushrooms, mixed bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, and yellow squash roasted in a savory balsamic reduction.

Roasted herb and Violife Shredded Cheese Potatoes Wedges Thin cut red potatoes fried to a crisp and tossed with roasted herbs and Violife shredded cheese.

Red Rice and Quinoa Salad Rice red rice tossed with a cilantro quinoa, mandarin oranges, shaved red onions and chopped dates. Dressed with a lemon olive oil balsamic dressing.

Roasted Garlic Vegetable Medley (gluten free) Crisp seasonal vegetables tossed with a garlic herb oil and roasted in the oven.

Couscous with Olives and Sun-dried tomatoes Rich Couscous tossed olives, sun dried tomatoes, black beans, and parsley. Served with a garlic and shallot dressing.

Cilantro Lime Sweet Potato and Black Bean Salad Golden sweet potatoes and crisp black beans tossed with a cilantro lime dressing.

Summer Corn and Edamame (gluten free) Sweet summer corn, shelled edamame, cherry tomatoes, shaved red onion, basil all tossed with a sweet and savory balsamic dressing.

Lemon Herb Vegetable Quinoa Rich and savory herb roasted vegetable tossed with a lemon quinoa.

Mixed Green Salad (gluten free) Fresh spring mix served with tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, sliced mushrooms and Violife cheese. Served with a balsamic herb dressing.

Spanish Quinoa Salad Cilantro lime quinoa tossed with sweet corn, black beans, shredded carrots, red onion and cilantro. Served with a garlic lime dressing.

Sesame Crunch Salad (gluten Free) Sweet bell peppers, crisp carrots, savory corn, juicy tomatoes, mixed with fine parsley and salad leaves. Tossed with a tahini dressing.

Kids under the age of 5 years old eat free, kids from 5-10 years old can choose from the menu below.


Choose 3 options starting at $10 per child. Each child will get all 3 options. If you would like any additional options to be available, the cost will be $3 per option & child.

Kids Mac and Cheese

Spiral noodles, cheddar cheese sauce and shredded cheese on top.

Chicken Tenders

Fresh chicken tenders breaded and deep fried, served with ranch dressing.

Fresh Fries

Crispy fries served with ketchup.

Cheese Fries

Crispy fries tossed with shredded cheese and served with ranch dressing.

Beef Sliders

Fresh beef sliders cooked well done, topped with cheddar cheese, and served on a brioche slider roll with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.

Fresh Fruit Cups

A mixture of fresh fruit served with a honey lemon whipped cream.

Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Spaghetti noodles tossed with a marinara meat sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.

Entrées are $18 per person for the first selection except where noted. If you wish for more than one entree option, there is an additional $3 for each additional selection per person.

BEEF

Filet Medallions with Caramelized Onions (Additional $3 Per person) Angus steak medallions served with caramelized onions.

Tangy Barbecue Beef Slow roasted beef tossed with a sweet barbecue sauce and roasted further for a finishing touch.

Shredded Italian Beef with Mild Giardiniera Beef round roasted with an Italian herb rub and Italian dressing. Shredded and tossed with a tangy Italian dressing and served with a mild giardiniera.

Beef Barbacoa Beef round roasted in an adobe sauce and then pulled part in the juices to marinade.

PORK

Barbecue Braised Pulled Pork Pork butt rubbed with an in-house barbecue seasoning and braised in a spicy garlic sauce. Served with a pit style barbecue sauce.

Chipotle Pork Chops with Blueberry Peach Salsa Thinly sliced pork chops seasoned with a chipotle barbecue rub and seared on a flat grill. Accompanied by a blueberry peach salsa.

Herb Crusted Pork Chops with Bacon Cherry Coulis Thin cut pork chops dusted with a garlic herb seasoning and cooled in a brown butter. Served with a bacon cherry coulis.

Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions Italian sausage seared with garlic butter and tossed with roasted bell pepper, onions, and an herb seasoning.

CHICKEN

Roasted Barbecue Chicken Bone in chicken roasted in our barbecue rub and brushed with a pit style barbecue sauce to finish.

Grilled Chicken Breasts with Mango Chutney Juicy chicken breasts seasoned with a garlic herb rub and grilled. Accompanied by a mango chutney.

Blackened Chicken Breasts with a Honey Lemon Aioli Chicken tenders seared in a blackening rub and served with a honey lemon aioli.

Chicken Chili Verde Flavor filled chicken thighs roasted in a Verde sauce, onions, and chili peppers.

Bruschetta Chicken Breasts Seasoned and grilled chicken breasts topped with a fresh bruschetta and melted mozzarella cheese.

Grilled Salmon with Pineapple Mango Salsa (Additional $2 per person) Fresh filets of Atlantic salmon flat grilled and served with a pineapple mango salsa.

Maple Glazed Salmon (Additional $2 per person) Fresh Atlantic salmon seared on a flat top and roasted in a sweet maple glaze and brown sugar.

Creole Seasoned Shrimp and Grits (Additional $2 per person) House seasoned creole shrimp placed on top a bed of creamy butter grits.

Blackened Salmon Burger (Additional $2 per person) Fresh grilled Atlantic salmon chopped and combined with fresh dill, Dijon mustard, buttery breadcrumbs and a smoked paprika seasoning. Seared on a flat grill with salted butter.

Sour Cream, Garlic and Herb Smashed Potatoes Roasted red potatoes smashed with garlic butter, herb sour cream, and a creamy garlic whipped butter.

Parmesan Crusted Potato Wedges Red potatoes cut into wedges and deep fried for a crispy finish. Tossed with shredded and grated parmesan cheese and finished with an herb seasoning.

Bacon Cheddar Potato Salad Salt and pepper roasted red peppers tossed with red onions, celery, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, bacon bits and a southwest aioli dressing.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Spiral noodles slow cooked in a salt bath and tossed with a smooth cheese sauce.
